Comprehensive care designed to support your health, balance, and reproductive wellbeing throughout all the stages of your life.
YOUR WOMEN’S HEALTH JOURNEY
Every patient begins with a comprehensive consultation designed to understand the full picture of your health. We take the time to listen carefully and look beyond individual symptoms, exploring your medical and reproductive history, current concerns, and the factors that may be influencing how your body is functioning.
This initial evaluation may include a gynecologic assessment, cervical screening when appropriate, and a deeper look at hormone balance, metabolic health, nutrition, and lifestyle. From there, we develop a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Your care is designed to evolve with you. Whether you are focused on preventive health, fertility, hormonal balance, or long-term wellbeing, we adjust your plan over time to ensure it continues to support where you are and where you want to go.
CONDITIONS WE SUPPORT
Our integrative gynecology program addresses a wide range of women’s health concerns while focusing on the underlying factors that influence hormonal and reproductive balance.
Our goal is to identify the biological, hormonal, and lifestyle factors that influence gynecologic and reproductive health while providing both preventive and therapeutic care.
We commonly support women experiencing:
• Irregular menstrual cycles
• Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
• Endometriosis
• PMS and PMDD
• Hormonal imbalance
• Difficulty conceiving or infertility
• Recurrent pregnancy loss
• Perimenopause symptoms
• Painful or heavy menstrual cycles
• Chronic pelvic discomfort
• HPV infection or abnormal Pap smear results
• Cervical health concerns
PREVENTIVE GYNECOLOGIC CARE
Routine gynecologic care is essential for maintaining long-term reproductive health and detecting concerns early.
Our clinic provides comprehensive preventive services including:
Well-Woman Exams: regular gynecologic examinations help monitor reproductive health and identify potential concerns early.
Pap Smear Screening: pap tests evaluate cervical cells to detect early changes that could develop into cervical cancer if left untreated.
HPV Testing: human papillomavirus (HPV) screening helps identify high-risk strains associated with cervical cancer.
Cervical Health Monitoring: patients with abnormal Pap results receive careful follow-up, evaluation, and guidance regarding next steps in care.
I HAVE AN ABNORMAL PAP. NOW WHAT?
Abnormal Pap smear results are relatively common and, in many cases, reflect temporary changes in cervical cells that may resolve on their own. While receiving an abnormal result can feel concerning, it does not necessarily indicate a serious condition. What matters most is a thoughtful, informed approach to evaluation and follow-up.
Our approach focuses on understanding what these changes may represent within the context of your overall health. We combine appropriate medical monitoring with a broader view of the factors that influence cervical and immune health. This includes careful review of Pap smear findings, HPV testing and ongoing monitoring when indicated, and a more comprehensive assessment of cervical health.
From there, we provide clear guidance around next steps, whether that involves continued surveillance, further evaluation, or treatment when necessary. At the same time, we incorporate supportive strategies aimed at optimizing immune function and promoting a healthy cervical environment. The goal is not only to manage findings appropriately, but to support your body’s ability to maintain long-term cervical health.

PRECONCEPTION HEALTH OPTIMIZATION
HORMONE & FERTILITY TESTING
Understanding your hormonal and metabolic health is often the first step in addressing fertility and reproductive concerns. Rather than relying on a single test or snapshot, we take a more comprehensive look at how your body is functioning as a whole.
This may include a detailed evaluation of reproductive hormones, along with thyroid and metabolic health, nutritional status, and key markers of inflammation. We also consider lifestyle and environmental factors that can influence hormonal balance and overall fertility.
By bringing these pieces together, we’re able to develop a more complete picture of your health and create a personalized plan that aligns with your unique biology and reproductive goals.
NATURAL & MEDICAL FERTILITY SUPPORT
Depending on your individual needs, treatment is designed to support your reproductive health in a way that feels both comprehensive and personalized. We often combine natural and medical approaches, selecting therapies based on what your body needs to function more optimally.
This may include support through nutrition, targeted supplementation, and hormone balancing, along with guidance around lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep, and daily routines. We also look closely at metabolic and inflammatory health, as these can play an important role in fertility and overall reproductive function.
Our goal is to support your body’s natural reproductive processes while providing clear direction and care along the way. When appropriate, we also work collaboratively with gynecologists and fertility specialists to ensure a coordinated and well-rounded approach.
